The AREL Study Trip & Housing Dialogue 2025 in Victoria, Australia, brought delegates to major urban developments including Fisherman’s Bend and state-led affordable housing projects. The programme offered in-depth tours and briefings, highlighting Australia’s approach to sustainable urban planning. Delegates, joined by YB Nga Kor Ming, were hosted for a special tea session by The Lord Mayor of Melbourne, Nicholas Reece. The trip culminated with the Housing Dialogue (Victoria–Malaysia), officiated by The Hon. Natalie Suleyman MP, fostering bilateral exchange on housing policy.
