The Asia Real Estate Leaders (AREL) Study Trip 2026 was successfully held from 20 to 25 March 2026, bringing together developers, policymakers and urban professionals for an immersive journey across London, Bristol, Bath and Cambridge. Delegates explored global best practices in urban regeneration, sustainable housing, transit-oriented development and heritage conservation through visits to landmark projects including King’s Cross, Canary Wharf and Brabazon Bristol. Sessions by Foster+Partners and Trowers & Hamlins provided insights into planning, innovation, policy and investment.
