The Ministry of Housing and Local Government of Malaysia (KPKT) is currently working on reforming and amending the Strata Management Act to enhance Malaysia’s strata laws. To support the government’s initiative, REHDA Institute is organizing the International Strata Symposium 2025 on 8 & 9 April 2025 at M World Hotel, Petaling Jaya.
This symposium is expected to attract more than 300 participants and aims to bring together key stakeholders from the property development industry, government agencies, legal professionals, and international experts from Hong Kong, Australia, the UK, and across the APAC region (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam) to discuss and share insights on strata governance, best practices, and latest regulatory developments.
For property developers, this is an opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge of regulatory updates, learn from international case studies, and explore strategies to optimize strata developments for long-term success.
