REHDA Institute Digital Resource Centre is Now Open!

The REHDA Institute Digital Resource Centre was officially launched on 27 June 2023 at Wisma REHDA, Kelana Jaya, The Digital Resource Centre was officiated by the Deputy Local Government Development Minister YB Akmal Nasrullah Bin Mohd Nasir and was witnessed by Dato’ Jeffrey Ng Tiong Lip, Chairman of REHDA Institute, Datuk NK Tong, President of REHDA, Datuk Ho Hon Sang, Deputy President of REHDA, and REHDA Institute Trustees, Tan Sri Datuk Eddy Chen, Tan Sri Dato’ Teo Chiang Kok, Datuk Ng Seing Liong, J.P., Datuk Muztaza Mohamad and Mr. Tiah Toh Twin

 

The Digital Resource Centre, Which is provisionally GreenRE Certified Gold, aims to promote sustainability and become research and development (R&D) knowledge centre for all matters relating to housing and real state in Malaysia. The Centre will be open during the following hours:

 

Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Saturday, Sunday, & Selangor Public Holiday: Closed

 

The Centre provides an extensive array of resources and specialized tools crafted to empower developer members, arming them with the essential knowledge and cutting-edge tools necessary to excel in the dynamic realm of development. Highlights of the Centre are as follows:

  • The most established online legal information system containing a vast collection of case laws and legislation
 
  • Comprehensive and Up-to-date Legal Reference Books
 
All visitors, including REHDA members, must schedule an appointment at least 48 hours in advance before visiting the Centre. Non-REHDA members are welcome to access the Centre under the following conditions:

  • For students from local education institutions, proof of student status, such as student ID, must be included during the appointment process. The students are also required to provide an official letter from their lecturer as to the intent of the research.
