The REHDA Institute Digital Resource Centre was officially launched on 27 June 2023 at Wisma REHDA, Kelana Jaya by YB Akmal Nasrullah Bin Mohd Nasir, Deputy Minister of Local Government Development. The Digital Resource Centre, which holds GreenRE Certified Gold status (26^th November 2024 – 25^th November 2027), is committed to promoting sustainability while serving as a central hub for research and development (R&D) focused on housing and real estate in Malaysia.

Non-REHDA members may access the Centre under the following conditions:

• Students from local educational institutions must provide proof of student status (e.g., student ID) and an official letter from their lecturer indicating the purpose of their research.

• Personnel from Government Authorities must submit proof of their designation and the Authority they represent.
