ABOUT MRED
The Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) programme, offered through a collaboration between REHDA Institute and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), is designed to equip you with the essential skills, industry insights and leadership capabilities needed to thrive in the real estate sector.
Through this programme, you will gain a well-rounded understanding of real estate development, combining 70% theoretical study with 30% practical learning. Unlike traditional academic programmes, MRED emphasises applied knowledge and hands-on skills, ensuring that what you learn can be immediately integrated into your professional role.
Designed specifically for middle management professionals in the real estate industry, this programme provides direct exposure to industry best practices, market trends and real-world challenges, enabling you to make informed decisions and drive sustainable development in the sector. The programme comprises of a coursework component and a project.
The coursework component consists of 8 core courses and 2 electives assessed by continuous assessments (including individual and group assignment works, case studies, seminar and presentation).
