Asia Real Estate Leaders: Masterclass & Tour, Singapore

Singapore’s HDB and holistic urban planning are recently discussed by The Kementerian Pembangunan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT) Minister in Malaysia. Singapore HDB is an excellent standard for urban public housing, urban development, and the Transit-Oriented Developments (TODs) concept. Hence, led by REHDA Institute and REHDA senior representatives, REHDA Institute will organize an exclusive Asia Real Estate Leaders Masterclass & Study Trip to Singapore from 2nd to 4th May 2023 (3 days 2 nights) to check out new innovative ideas, trends, and technologies to rejuvenate the real estate industry in Malaysia.

  • Explore Construction Technology & Management (Construction Process Digitalization, Building Information Modelling – BIM, Industrialized Building System – IBS) for local authorities and Malaysian developers to explore injecting the technology into your new projects. Our partner, Autodesk, will bring you real case studies and hands-on training.
  • Knowledge sharing of the smart city and sustainable urban planning through real-life case studies and learning about net-zero energy & smart buildings to achieve Sustainable Development Goals in 2030.
  • Delegates will be invited to VIP networking sessions with the Real Estate and Developers’ Association of Singapore (REDAS). During this session, we will have key presentations about Singapore real estate market briefing and networking.
