Andrew Hodgson | Director, Transport Advisory of Atkins Acuity

Andrew is our regional lead for Transport Advisory, specialising in the development of major scheme business cases for the transportation sector. His blend of skills amassed from delivering projects across Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific has enabled Andrew to bring value to a broad range of projects; including urban design and economic evaluation of public realm improvements for the UK government, assessment of the impact of real estate development around Mass Transit, through to national transport and economic strategies for countries including Brunei and Malaysia.

Martin-John Vagulans | Director, Real Estate Finance of Atkins Acuity

MJ has a background in real estate investment banking, principal investing, and corporate strategy. Previously he was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and part of the Corporate Strategy and M&A team at Stockland Property Group, a US$10bn ASX-listed real estate developer and owner. His deal experience extends across Australia, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, New Zealand and United Kingdom. He has completed +US$15bn of real estate related transactions and has advised on corporate finance, equity and debt financing, public company M&A, corporate strategy and portfolio development.

Evan Walker | Technical Services Manager of Turner

Evan has been with Turner for over 11 years working across multiple market sectors and project types. Having steadily risen through Turner and worked in different roles such as Field Engineer, BIM Coordinator, Cost Engineer and Preconstruction Manager, Evan has become an expert at adapting Turner’s best practices to suit the specific needs of our international clients. Evan is currently the Head of Turner Technical Services which provides Estimation and BIM services to clients across the globe. Evan provides guidance for projects throughout the Preconstruction / Design phase, with a focus in delivering timely and in-depth analysis of budget and design at the early stages of project development along with BIM implementation through a variety of uses such as visualization and budgeting.

Ir. Dr. Zuhairi Abd Hamid | Executive Director of Construction Research Institute of Malaysia (CREAM)

Ir. Dr. Zuhairi Abd. Hamid has more than 33 years of experience in the construction industry. His expertise lies in structural dynamics, industrialised building systems, strategic IT in construction and Facilities Management. He is active in engineering education and research and has been appointed by universities in various capacities; from Adjunct Professor, Research Fellow and member of the industry Advisory Panel. He is the Regional Director of South East Asia and Guest Member for the UN support International Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Construction (CIB). Currently, as the Chief Executive Officer at CREAM, he leads and is actively engaging with construction research and industrial publications in Malaysia.

KC Ho | Technical Specialist (ASEAN) of Autodesk

KC has extensive 12 years of experience in Building Information Modeling technology, both in the public and private sector. HE has developed his professional career as technical specialist supporting ASEAN countries leading different kind of projects and disciplines, ranging from consultants, contractors and owners.
